«Over the GRaInBow» is a youth exchange project for 24 youngsters aged between 13-17 years old from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania, that will take place in Greece, in the city of Athens, in the summer of 2021 (dates 29th of July to 6th of August 2021, the 29th and 6th are travelling days). The aim of the youth exchange is to raise awareness and educate the young participants about the gender identity, human rights and sex equality.

The programme includes many workshops, activities and methods following the non-formal learning process such as sessions about human rights, LGBTQi+ community, gender equality, visiting non profit organisations, combate methods and techniques for eliminating the discrimination about the sex. The project also gives the opportunity for the young participants to meet other youngsters from other countries, exchange experience and gain knowledge about the situation in these countries on the topic of gender identity and discrimination. The programme will also contribute to creating a bond between the balkan and mediterranean countries.The participants will furthermore gain skills on how to organise and disseminate an online and offline campaign against the gender discrimination.
