Youth employability

Participants will get teamwork trainings by saling, they will analyze local young people problems represent their employability problems, carry out surveys in their local area, interact with peers. Calendar will be published with the problems raised by the project participants in 600 - 1000 volumes, the project results will be seen in internet space. Therefore, it is likely that the project's impact will be felt in Rietavas, Plunge local and international community. Having acquired the teamwork, cooperation, business plan basics, young people will be able to adapt successfully in the modern labor market, gain leadership skills, be able to advise the owner of peers. Their business ideas in the long run can be implemented by young people and create more jobs in the region.
