Work for inclusion

The project intends to offer a whole series of services aimed at job inclusion, and promotions to the job market, I have given to disadvantaged people.

The European Union has indicated as a priority commitment to create conditions for smart, sustainable and supportive growth. Social Agriculture considered as an innovative practice due to its multi-functionality feature, is an answer to this new way of designing, proposing actions for the benefit of low contractual subjects (people with physical or mental handicaps, psychiatrists, addicted to alcohol or drugs , detainees or ex-detainees) or addressed to sections of the population (minors, elderly, immigrants, women in difficulty) for whom the offer of services is lacking.

The Work for inclusion project has the main objective of creating an integrated network of heterogeneous but complementary service providers, aimed at promoting job inclusion and promoting the disabled person in the labor market. The design idea aims to offer the subjects involved some paths of autonomy, improvement of the quality of life and sustainability.

To facilitate entry into the world of work, the project will develop in various stages. At first, the project partners will take care of welcoming the user by implementing specific actions because of the inconvenience / disability; in fact, the project is aimed at people who experience psychophysical disabilities, socio-economic and economic discomfort, at risk of social exclusion such as immigrants, prisoners, women in difficulty and minors.

The reception phase will be followed by accompaniment in the professionalizing phase and reintegration into the social and productive fabric.
Through the Italian and foreign farms, project partners, which will be used as rehabilitative and training pedagogical-educational tools, individualized courses will be built that will also strengthen the relational, cognitive-behavioral and motor praxic affective area of the people welcomed.

New ways and synergies will be experimented between international partners to strengthen each phase of the integration process, through the joint work of a multidisciplinary team that will work with the dual purpose, on the one hand, to improve the management of people with disabilities within companies on the other, building a logical and integrated chain of actions that can be replicated over time.
