Partners & participants inform each other study policies observe experiencing share good practices & improve networking on grass level social inclusion actions

The mission of the Project is to generate better conditions for the social inclusion of people at risk within the local comunities sustainable depelopment. Te objectives are to improve the skills of ngo´s young leaders staff and stake holders throughout the study of global and sectoral social policies observation of experiencing sharing of good practices improvement of the the interccoperation and intercommunication networking at grass level social solidarity interventions across EU. The activities are observation periods in 4 flows of 15 days each by 10 youth workers each.
The sectors and targeted publics will be broadly the same on each flow and choosen according to partners ownand communitarian priorities and interests to decide for the project proposal.
At hosting context local ngo's public services and authorities and stake holders in the sector will be actively associated to the project, by means of local councils existing social networks which connect such organisations and pilote their initiatives on social sphere.
The key expected outcomes are: 1) to get and map information about partner organisations, participants and territories they represent, 2) to map each territory state of arts on key aspects of inclusion policies, experiencing, social diagnostics and innovative solutions porsuited, 3) to share host context data amongst all and launch the basis to cross knowledge and good practices and with the observation activity. 4) Report the observation activity pointing out key vectors on objectives maping the all results. 5) Create a intercooperation and intercommunitation networking activity throughout on line tools to decide and organize prospecting further Eu level initiatives supporting the result dissemination and products valorisation.
Define rules and detrailed activity program for all the Project phases and flows according to quality standards and parters best practices to be valued .
As refference proposal the sectors would be: 1) migrants and refugees; 2) gender equality and prevention of domestic violence ) 3) Youth employment particularly focus on NEET' s 4) Youth entrepreneurship particularly throughout start up´s and collaborative business.
Is essential a great coomitment of the partners since the application, contributing to it´s best design and to correspond to own and contexts priorities and interests.

Since preparation phase and in all phases is requested to take and organise information and data as well as to develop reports and take dissemination initiatives in each partner territory, for which strong involment and responsibility is required if profit of results and networking, ALSO FOR THE APPLICATION PREPARATION IS REQUIRED BY THE PROMOTER FULL PARTICIPATION TO MAKE IT AT VERY GOOD LEVEL, FOR WHICH PARTNERS REALLY EXPERIENCED AND HAVING THE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE ARE STRONGLY WELCOME
