URGENT; MY DIGI – AI Empowered Teachers for Future Learning

Our project enhances teachers’ digital and AI skills, promoting hybrid, flexible learning and sustainable use of AI in education.

Our school, serving students aged 15-18, supports education in English and German and offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.

1.Enhance Teachers’ Digital and Pedagogical Competences

Strengthen teachers’ skills in AI and digital content usage to enable the implementation of innovative teaching methods.

2.Support Hybrid and Future-Oriented Learning Approaches

Redesign formal and non-formal learning processes to be flexible, hybrid, and aligned with future learning ecosystems.

3. Ensure Meaningful Integration of AI Technologies in Education

Integrate AI tools into teaching content in a sustainable and accessible way to enhance teachers’ digital competences.

4. Adapt to Digital Learning Ecosystems

Prepare teachers to support students’ digital skills and 21st-century learning needs through innovative learning environments.

5. Promote Collaboration and Experience Sharing Among Teachers

Foster the exchange of knowledge, resources, and best practices within European and international teaching communities.

Our project will analyze teachers' digital readiness levels and integrate AI-based teaching techniques.
It aims to build sustainable institutional capacity, promote responsible AI use, and foster innovation-driven European collaboration in school education.
