UNDERSTANDING RENEWABLE ENERGY WITH DO-IT-YOURSELF WORKSHOPS

This project aims to improve the knowledge of young people about climate change, renewable energies and provide hands-on training program.

It will provide unique, non-formal knowledge and experience on renewable energy, community building and collaborative work. The participants will take part in interactive activities, debates to understand the importance of sustainable energy and how they can play a key role in their own communities.

The project will also include Do-It-Yourself practical sessions where the participants with no previous technical knowledge build several devices. They will start speaking the same language, while feeling the sense empowerment and satisfaction of actually building their energy systems. The knowledge and the practical skills will be provided in an exciting, inspiring and fun way.

Activity days : 5-12 July 2021 (excluding travel time)
