Training for Trainers in Human Rights Education

T4T in HRE will be a Training Course dedicated to aspiring youth workers who want to develop trainers' competences in the field of Human Rights Education.

Title: Training of Trainers in Human Rights Education - T4T in HRE
Deadline: Round 1, Erasmus+, 2020 - application to be submitted to the Romanian NA
Type of project: Youth Workers mobility (Training Course)
Duration and dates: 8 days + 2 travel days, December 2020
Target group: aspiring youth workers interested in the topic of human rights education. Each selected partner will be represented by 1-2 participants.
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Topic: Developing trainers' competences in the field of Human Rights Education

Objectives:
O1: Explore basic trainer skills, attitudes, competences and understand groups, how to interact with them and the relationship between group and trainer in a variety of settings;

O2: Explore tools and good practices in working with youth and youth workers in the Human Rights Education field;

O3: Create an opportunity to practice on trainer competencies through peer assessment and training delivery to the target group (young people);

O4: Enforce European cooperation in the youth field, especially in the Erasmus+ context.
