Training for Group leaders

A training based in France for group leaders who will spend 1 week sharing experiences, creating common tools, in order to improve activities for young people.

The main themes of this envisaged training course are:

- leadership (different sorts, advantages and risks,...)
- participation of young people (how to encourage, to empower young people)
- group dynamics ( individuals within a group, balance between individuals and a group
- project methodology ( problematic, objectives, activities, means, assessments, prospects...)
- team work,...

The main objective is to improve projects and activities for youth and children.
This training will be based on specific needs of participants and give a large part to practical methods such as simulation projects, learning by doing, workshops, and few theoretical contributions...
We are looking for 5 partners, at least, who are involved in non-formal education and who aim to enhance participation of young people.
Each partner will send participants who could be workers or volunteers such as group leaders/facilitators, trainers, coordinator in educational projects, ... and able to communicate in English.

This training is planned to be organized in Bretagne, France.
