Together We Improve New Entrepreneurial Skills

About our project:
Entrepreneurship refers to an individual’s ability to turn a idea into action. Also, this concept includes creativity, innovation and risk taking, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives. Entrepreneurship education is thus about life-wide as well as lifelong competence development. As well as contributing to European competitiveness, entrepreneurship education also helps to ensure a number of positive social benefits. They key words in our project are: Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes.
By non-formal ways youth, trainers, experts and facilitators together we will build a database with instructions, methods and steps used for our youth and other people to become entrepreneurs. Non- formal activities will offer the tools to think creatively, to be an effective problem solver, and to communicate, to network and to lead. They will know that entrepreneurship is a different way of teaching and of helping youth to develop their potential.
All entrepreneurship will be preceded by a structured briefing in which the purposes of the activity are explained and the intended learning outcomes are defined and applicability of entrepreneurial skills.
Our targets:
1. Training skills in entrepreneurship education by non-formal ways to develop personal career
2. Integration of young people with fewer opportunities in informal groups to form social skills involving young people in rural and urban areas
3. Promoting active participation in society through youth initiatives and involving young people with fewer opportunities.
4. Provide basic business skills for self-employment or self-management, and knowledge of how to start and develop a commercial or social venture successfully.

Innovation and creativity are the leading providers of business ideas and can be exploited through the following approaches:
- having a problem, seek innovative solutions to solve it.
- having a solution, search problem that could be solved by using solution given.
Together will know that behavior- proactivity- innovation- change- action is a strong link for each person that wants to become entrepreneur!
Participants:
8 youth from each country with fewer opportunities (unemployed, students, students graduate without a job).
The partners have to able to o identify innovative methods and tools that will be implemented in the blended mobility to produce two intellectual outputs:
a) an interactive e-learning platform;
b) a guide on line;
Also, you will produce virtually resources as:
- learning by on line courses and seminars
- reading and publishing business plans
- creating a database to support e- learning as tutorial or thematic learning games. The applications made by the partners than unloaded on the platform. We wish to work with partners that have skill in information technology such that you able to realize: on line platform, video-tutorial, site, etc. If you are interested about this project send us your contact information.
