The Educational system Maale Tazvia organization is responsible for the ongoing activities of different educational programs in the community village in the north of Israel . There are 2 kindergartens, and a primary school from 1st to 9th grade for children coming from all over the region - from over 26 different villages and towns. Also operating a youth movement called The Shalom Template for children and youth ages 7- 18 and the Y-TOP programs for youth from around the world. A yearly study program for young adults over 20 years old called Prisma 21.
The community is operated to a large degree on voluntary service for almost 30 years now. The beautiful gardening, the upkeep of the community facilities, the mentoring of young lives in the Shalom Template. fundraising projects for different worthy causes as: assisting for Syrian refuges , youth in risk, cleaning the world project and more is done ongoing as part of the community's life. the volunteer will help us to take part in more fundraising and also in www.letdoitworld.org clean up the world 2018" working with the local Baudouin village families.
The large young team of volunteers in the Shalom Template activity are skilled and highly motivated to assist humanity all ages involves. in the weekly activity and vacation natural and cultural programs. the y-top guides got more then 5 years of planing , travailing and creating y-top camps many of them with the EU support. The volunteering project is to explore together with the children all ages the to fulfill the projects and goals that was elected by the children for year 2018 same are group, community, country and world projects -they are amazing.
the school team is large and professional team that work every day in the last 19 years to meet a new with great attitudes towards
children and youth, the families and the ecology and environment of the school to be of assistance to the next generations.
the volunteering project is to work with t he children all ages to teach and explore together about the origin country they coming form in theatrical way : music , arts , dancing , photography , gardening , language and more together with the team of the school
Prisma 21 is 9 month program of 13 years by now ,for ages 18 to 30 form many places in Israel , it purpose is to provide for the student tools and skills of self confidence, the art of taking decision, find out "what do i want and how to get there?" . to enlarge the perception about the time we live as part of humanity and it challenges and opportunities . the volunteering project is joining together with the student of prisma as part of prisma tasks the student elect to take responsibility as guides to the volunteer project , and that are also interested to be volunteer in the next year project.
objectives
1/ providing safe ecology for each volunteer to develop the self confidence internally and out as they try to reach new valuable experience with a community life , and have the opportunity to be usefull and accomplish tasks .
2/ creating an open opportunity to explore and get to know many people form many different cultures , religion to explore understanding , sensitivity , tolerance , and communication skills.
3/ creating platforms and standards where leadership of the future can raise up.
6/ they will assist to accomplish tasking on going projects.

Number and profile of participants; there will be 8 volunteers. they will coming for 3 weeks. Profile of volunteers :love learning , working with children youth in new country , find challenges attractive , exploring community life, and willingness to share their story and knowledge form their life. volunteers that can hold and agreement and not using drags.

The description of activity is connected to each aria of the village life , see above. we intend to keep clear the NO of hours and the resting time for the volunteers, support them in settle in and feel at home and between them and all community.
