TC MA.N.G.O.

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of youth organizations by developing the competences of their leadership and management structures.

After a research that we have done amongst representatives of national and international NGOs, we conclude that the majority of the stuff members of youth NGOs are youngsters who have slight knowledge on management, leadership and youth participation or they had never got trained on such topics. In order to assure a quality youth work, we propose this training course which aims to enable young people - actively involved in the running of youth structures - to improve their skills and receive additional information and knowledge in order to manage youth organizations (programme, units or boards) in a democratic, efficient and effective manner.
MA.N.G.O. is however a synthesis of three parts:
Leadership in youth structures
Organizational management – to develop management capacities of youth organizations, to make them efficient, competent and sustainable
Youth participation – foster the participation of young people in and through youth projects (Youth in Action particularly)
