The use of social media is an evolving phenomenon. During the past decade, rapid changes in communication as a result of new technologies have enabled people to interact and share information through media that were non-existent or widely unavailable as recently as 15 years ago.

last five years social media have played an increasing role in public relations and public information
Our main aim is to underline the importance of social media and to identify the way and purposes the social media is used for in public institutions. Also, the participants will discover innovative ways to use social media to create more impact on their target audience.
