Small Scale Partnership (SCH) to develop creative workshops on European Remembrance for educators

A set of activities and results to bring the topic of European Remembrance into the Curriculum for educators and teachers (Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnerships)

Our Cultural Association is at work to develop and propose a project focused on European Remembrance (i.e hidden aspects of EU history, totalitarianism), putting at the service of this initiative our experience in the field of non formal and informal education. Our design wishes to address schools, educators and teachers in order to promote knowledge about "historical turning points and changes in the 20th century in Europe".

Our project aims at "promoting a common culture of remembering and understanding",

-Fostering public knowledge about historical events such as the Holocaust, which "is in constant decline"
-Actively involving Schools, Students, Educators and Teachers in a set of creative activities which can boost awareness towards these specific historical themes
-Making use of Storytelling, Creative Writing and Drama to bring hidden aspects of European Remembrance into the Curriculum with the active partecipation of Youth, Teachers, Communities
-Using European Remembrance as a Medium to foster Active Citizenship and Awareness towards EU values

The project is a proposal for the KA2 Small Scale Partnerships (Deadline: the 3th of November 2021).
Idrisi Cultura e Sviluppo will is to start a dialogue with both newcomers and experienced organisations in the Erasmus+ Programme in order to establish a meaningful and proactive partnership.
