Adapt the methodological approach to a mixed teaching method: distance and face-to-face teaching promoting R.E.C.
In the previous project, the focus was on providing teachers with the tools and skills necessary to provide teaching in difficult classrooms. What happened to the management of difficult classes in this year of Distance Larning? How did the teachers handle them?
The previous project aimed to improve the initial education of teachers by supporting them in managing diverse groups of students and in adopting innovative and collaborative practices from the beginning of their careers.
Did the Distance Larning actually allow already active teachers to innovate their teaching techniques towards greater inclusiveness?
In the previous project, the partnership highlighted personal beliefs of the teachers at the base of their professions. Have these personal beliefs changed during the last year? Which are the personal beliefs that have changed during the distance learning?
Classroom climate and REC of the teachers. A great challenge within the Distance Learning Era
which are the digital tools that can be used to promote equity and inclusion?
Objectives pursued, needs and target groups:
Adapt the methodological approach developed in the previous project to a mixed teaching method: distance teaching and face-to-face teaching.
Provide teachers with a range of tools that they can use both in distance teaching and in face-to-face teaching to probe and activate students' RECs within the classroom
Question the students to understand which are the necessary R.E.C. in the current historical period
Train teachers on how to use them and propose them in their classes, regardless of the age of the teachers themselves.
