The project helps silent and invisible vocational students build safe expression, belonging and support through nature-based activities and a digital tool.
We are looking for partners for an Erasmus+ KA210 SCH small-scale partnership project. Our project idea focuses on supporting students in vocational high schools who are physically present at school but may be emotionally withdrawn, have difficulty expressing themselves and can be noticed late because they do not usually show disruptive behaviour.
The project aims to strengthen school belonging, create safe and low-pressure ways for students to express their feelings and needs, and improve the capacity of teachers and guidance staff to notice these students earlier.
For this purpose, the project will combine nature-based psychoeducational activities, teacher capacity building, creative student expression activities and a simple digital emotional expression tool with clear ethical boundaries. The digital tool is not intended as a large platform, clinical tracking system or risk-scoring mechanism; it will only be a low-threshold tool that supports students’ voluntary and safe self-expression.
We would primarily like to contact potential partners from Finland, Estonia and Spain; however, we are also open to institutions from other Erasmus+ countries that can make a strong contribution to the topic. A university, teacher education institution or vocational school from Finland; an NGO from Estonia working in youth, inclusion, non-formal education or ethical digital participation; and a vocational school, local/district education authority, NGO or school from Spain would be suitable profiles for us.
We would also like to contact a suitable coordinator institution from countries that open a Round 2 / October application opportunity. We are interested in cooperating with institutions experienced in student wellbeing, inclusive education, vocational education, guidance, school belonging, youth work, non-formal education, nature-based learning, teacher training or ethical digital education tools.
