Professional Time Killers

Through our project we want to divert young people from the computers and show them variable forms of entertainment and possibilities of spending free time.

We are teenagers (13-16) who live in the rural areas. It seems that our school is the centre of entertainment for us. There are organised different trips, competitions, additional classes or activities thanks to which we can develop our interests or simply have fun. This gave us an idea that you don’t need to live in a big city to have a wide range of amusements – it’s enough to use your creativity and get involved.

We decided to do this project to show teenagers that everybody can be a creator of an interesting pastime. Besides we’d like to exchange experience in the field of entertainment which could socialize people and make them spend more time together learning something new from one another. We plan to teach the participants some Polish games and dances. We’d like to make people aware of the dangers connected with excessive playing computer games. We intend to try a day or more without phones, tablets, etc. Among our suggestions is learning and trying new things. We also hope to learn the old ways of entertainment via conversations with our grandparents.

We’re looking for people who are ready to give up their electronic gadgets in exchange for new experiences. Our project is for 4 different international groups at our age.

If you are interested in our project please send us PI and completed and signed mandate (in attachment) as soon as it is possible.
