AIMS:
Learning the history of pickles and its methods
Awareness on healhty lifestyles
Methods of preserving fruits and vegetables (pickled, bottled, canned, composed…)
Fight against obesity
Support good farming practices
Avoid wastage of vegetables
Support creativity
Diversify the cuisine of participant cultures
Participant Profile:
6 participants+1 group leader from each partner.
All participants must be between 14-18 years old.( gender balanced)
