Our time

The project aims at empowering youth in their personal growth, through artistic expression such as spontaneous singing, free movement and group meditations.

The project promotes:
-The development of young people's awareness and the importance of musical expression and meditation as an instrument of well-being
-The increase of trust in oneself, in others and in the community
-The sharing, creation and dissemination of methods and activities of personal growth
-The increase of national and international cooperation between organizations and institutions with the use of innovative communication platforms for work groups.
