Online Sustainable Wellness and Volunteering

The main objective of the project will be in the field of good practices towards sustainable wellness and volunteering. Due to current situation people have been facing several challenges to follow rules and regulation of their countries while keeping good body and mind. The project is designed for supporting needy people through online activity through young volunteers' online help. The main goal is to to support people with mental health issues. such as, stress, anxiety and depression. The activities will connect people and meet people online and practice sustainable wellness activities. There will be volunteering activities online by young participants and offer their service services towards sustainable wellness. The young people will be engaged in non-formal method of learning through the activities. The aims is to give opportunities of people who have been facing discrimination and have fewer opportunities. The goal is to connect young people and engaging them to fulfill the sustainable goals. The participating organisations can send PIF. We are looking for mutual partners.
