Mental Health Matter

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Quarantine was a big psychological challenge for most of us, so let's rebalance.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

We will ignore emails which don't include three questions - answers from the end of the description.
MUTUAL PARTNERSHIP would be appreciated.

Finally, recent events have had a significant impact on individuals ’mental health. During the pandemic, a large number of people lost their jobs, were locked up at home and had restricted rights. The Lithuanian Department of Mental Health states that in 2020, the level of stress experienced by people doubled.
Mental health this topic is extremely important for every person. People with mental health problems cannot live a full life, it is difficult for them to realize their full potential, they cannot cope with stress, they cannot work productively and live meaningfully. This is especially important among young people who are still on the path to self-search, have less knowledge and self-awareness. Also, they have more influence from social media.

Project's objectives:
1. To learn about and analyse core reasons worsening our mental health and causing mental health problems;
2. To discuss the effects and role of pandemics in situation of our mental health, how it affected each of us and that solutions could be applied;
3. To think out ways, tools and recommendations which would help to improve mental health of society, promote seeking for help and destroying stigmatizing stereotypes for 40 participants and their local communities;
