Group age: 18 – 25 years

The aim of this project is the active involvement of youth for a better self-knowledge, as members of a unique culture, with accent on social integration. Health teaching and leisure education, promoting outdoor activities, are key aspects of this project.

Methods and activities used: outdoor games and activities – team building type, through which the participants are invited to collaborate with other team members, understanding each other, understanding personal needs of people that are coming from other countries with other cultures.
This project represents a multilateral youth exchange whose activity will take place in Romania, in Transfagarasan area, near Vidraru Lake, in Fagaras Mountains. The participants will learn many things about themselves and the nature, how to develop their personality, to get over their fears, the importance of the cooperation between the members of the team, to change opinions with different young people with different views.

The participants will have the chance to make mountain trips in Fagaras Mountains, which are called Transilvanian Alps, to enjoy sports activities with low-impact nature (ex. rock climbing).
