KA2 Swapping of Practices

Our project is based on the swapping of good practices between organisations willing to share and exchange their expertise, in the overall aim of empowering our youth (from 16 to 30 years old); more specifically promoting and improving employability amongst those who tend to have fewer opportunities offered to them.

Our organisation, APART, aims at empowering young people by promoting non-formal learning, improving their level of competences through the acquisition and development of their socio-professional skills.

For APART, this translates as the regular practice of challenging sports and other physical activities, in the aim of honing on and developing their skills. We believe that sports present a real opportunity to help young people develop and improve on essential transferrable skills, that can later represent true assets for their future professional projects as well as for their personal development.

With this project, we are aiming to connect with other like-minded organisations in Programme countries: organisations who have vowed to empower their youth and who would be interested in and willing to participate in a project that focuses on an exchange of practices. APART would share their expertise in improving and developing young people's transferable skills through the use of sports. In turn, other organisations would share their precious expertise in their respective fields.

At APART, we believe there is always more to learn, and always more experiences for our youth to learn from. As a result, we are interested in organisations whose expertise lies within the entrepreneurial field, non-formal learning, media literacy, environmental sustainability and awareness, and so on; Initiatives should, first and foremost, strive to promote and improve the employment integration of young people.
