KA1 "An inclusive view towards youth participation"

Asociacion Europa 2020 is working in a project framed within KA1 of Erasmus + program. This project includes two activities: a seminar + a youth exchange. The main goals of this project are:

 Get an inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in the field of youth participation
 Encourage social values among young people
 Improve the key competences of young people with fewer opportunities
 Promote an active participation of young people with fewer opportunities
 Build a solid network of cooperation
 Improve the quality in the youth work

1. SEMINAR
“An inclusive view towards youth participation”
19th – 28th February, 2018
Puente Genil, Cordoba (Spain)

 SPECIFIC OBJETIVES

- Know different methodologies to work with young people with fewer opportunities
- Share good practices related to inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities
- Discover tools to work with young people with fewer opportunities in the field of participation
- Create specific outcomes which may be used by any organization in these fields

 WHO?
Maximum 6 partner organizations with 3 participants + Spain
Participants profile: youth workers with experience in inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and with abilities to implement activities during the seminar.

 WHEN?

Activity date: 20th – 27th February 2018
Travel dates: 19th and 28th February 2018

Puente Genil, city located at South of Cordoba, in the center of Andalusia

2. YOUTH EXCHANGE
“An inclusive view towards youth participation”
2nd – 11th July, 2018
Puente Genil, Cordoba (Spain)

 SPECIFIC OBJETIVES

- Promote soft and life skills of young people with fewer opportunities
- Encourage intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity
- Improve the self-esteem of young people with fewer opportunities

 WHO?

Maximum 6 partner organizations with 3 participants and 1 leader + Spain
Participants profile: young people between 18 and 30 years old. We would suggest at least 2 participants with fewer opportunities.
Leaders profile: no age limit. People with ability to lead a group with young people with fewer opportunities.

 WHEN?

Activity date: 3rd – 10th July, 2018
Travel dates: 2nd and 11th July, 2018

Puente Genil, city located at South of Cordoba, in the center of Andalusia.

WHAT WE NEED ABOUT THE PARTNERS TO APPLY TO THIS PROJECT?

• If you are interested in joining to this project, please send us your Partner Identification Form, highlighting your experience in the field of young people with fewer opportunities, before 28th February 2017.

• Regarding the project

Due to this project promote an exchange of good practices and an active participation by all organizations, we would like to get a real learning and a participative process since the beginning by all organizations.

For this reason, though we are the organizers of the project, we would like to get your implication during the whole project. In this way, we will get a project more interesting for everyone because all of us will have the chance to provide our contributions, learning from each other and sharing experiences.

If you are selected as partner of the project, we will request the information about your contribution, according to your experience, in the different topics proposed. The main contribution will be to prepare and lead an activity during the seminar and another one during the youth exchange related to the topic.
