The Partner-Finding Tool
The aim of this training course is to provide participants basic knowledge, tools as well as practical experience in outdoor education.
Concept:
Outdoor Education is a planned learning experience which takes place out of the classroom, often in connection with nature.
This training course is aimed at people who want to get to know what outdoor education is. During the training participants will
gain basic knowledge, best practises and tools connected with outdoor. That will help them in their work with people of different age but
also in their own development.
Objectives:
- learn and practise new learning methods,
- get to know practical activities and group games,
- improve communication and develop leadership skills,
- gather new tools and inspirations for their work with youngsters,
- learn how to use outdoor education for personal and social development (e.g. team building, leadership...).
Participant Profile:
This training is designed for youth workers, youth leaders and people who:
- are 18 and over,
- are able to understand and communicate in English,
- are open for new knowledge and experience.
