Summary:
The Intercultural Seminar is focused on the development of modern and adequate tools/mechanisms, regarding the establishment of education and training as a door of opportunities to European citizenship development. We believe in the growth of answers, in terms of learning, however, this path still shows many dark shadows, especially, for minorities and people, coming from different social/cultural/religious backgrounds, other than the population's majority.
The main activities, supported by non formal education methods, will be shaped by workshops, meetings with experts (technicians working in Intercultural Schools), role plays and dynamic presentations, prepared for the participants, in Public Schools, expressing how important can be the inclusion of the diversity in the curriculum. The outcomes are the definition of a strategic plan, that sould be disclosed (in the follow up phase) in the local communities and in the Education Institutions, giving an alternative, a statement of improvement on the way we recognize the heritage and background of all the students, around Europe.
