Integration of Adults With Low Skills into the Labor Market.

The main objective of this project is to strengthen the capacities of adults with low skills and their integrationin in the labor market.
The specific objectives of this project are SO1: To Develop new and improve existing basic skills of adult learners experiencing medium or long-term unemployment status. SO2: To strengthen capacities, and increase knowledge and skills of staff and associate educators from participating organizations in future delivery of training activities related to basic skills
The innovation can be seen in the development of an adequate curriculum and manual for basic skills for teaching and learning of adults with low skills and in other side and aspect innovation can be seen that the project will strengthen capacities, and increase knowledge and skills of staff and associate educators from participating organizations in future delivery of training activities related to basic skills.
Target group of this project would be adults with low skills and staff and associate educators from participating organizations. Adults with low skills who will have benefits of Innovative an adequate curriculum and manual for basic skills and greater employability and access to better quality jobs, increased productivity, improved civic participation, and most importantly a greater sense of individual fulfilment and learning training activity for staff and associate educators from participating organizations in future delivery of training activities related to basic skills (3 persons per partner organization) . Additionally, the aspect of introduction of new innovative curriculum and manual for teaching and learning for adults and manual for staff of partner organization are a reason enough for the project to be carried out internationally.
What results are expected during the project and on its completion?
The expected results are:
- Developed new innovative curriculum and manual for teaching and learning on the topic basic skills for adults;
- Developed manual for realization of training for adults on the topic of basic skills for staff and associate educators from participating organizations;
- Delivered training for learning and teaching activity for 12 people (staff and associate educators from participating organizations) on the topic of basic skills;
- Equal access to education for adults through a training programme and manual for acquiring basic skills;
- Inclusive approach of adults in the labor market;
- Established cooperation with key institutions, local self-government, business sector and civil society in order to improve the employment opportunity of vulnerable groups of citizens;
