I, You, We...Dance

Dance for: 1. physical health, 2. mental balance, 3. re-connection to tradition, 4. anti-discrimination and intercultural dialogue.

Lack of physical activity appears to have turned modern generations into obese people with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes etc.

Contemporary lifestyle is loaded with stress, anxiety, lack of rest and relaxation, modern issues like unemployment, over-consumption etc cause a disruption of mental health, turning people into anti-social, depresssed, aggressive, marginalized community members.

Modern universalized trends and fashions have levelled particular features of diverse populations driving them away from their heritage base, rendering them oblivious of the loss at stake. Rootless trees are condemned. Tradition-less people are rootless trees.

Recent increased fluxes of immigrants and refugees have triggered unprecedented, for modern post-war times, attitudes of xenophobia, intolerance, discrimination, exclusion and racism.
