HOST FOR A PURPOSE (HFP)

RETMAC has a ready and willing team to host volunteers for international knowledge sharing from all parts of the world.

Host for a purpose is gonna be a project to host qualified professionals in different capacities or fields like law, medicine, aviation, education, tourism, child care, counselling, orphanage care, human rights and community development in order for the professionals to gain diverse knowledge of how their work is done to people across boundaries.
RETMAC will have a hosting centre well organized with all utilities and good accommodation where they will receive and host the international volunteers and then allocate them to their institutions of volunteer work depending which qualification they belong. For example we shall have medical personnels already with their organized institutions of work expecting them because we shall have contacted them to secure the places of training in hospitals, medical centers and pharmaceutical companies to learn how best Ugandans handle medical care to gain more knowledge to add on to what they are doing in their countries of residence.
Therefore, we shall get applications of international volunteers months before their arrival and we organize their stay with us while doing their volunteer work. And the volunteership time will depend on the applicants them selves and the different professions they have.
This project us meant to equip the different professional personnel with knowledge of how they can best offer their service to people regardless of their countries of origin.
