The Partner-Finding Tool
This project is part of a cycle of Youth Exchanges about themes like Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle, it will be held in the Region of Lombardia.
We are looking for one partner for our approved project, from youth in action programme countries EXCEPT FROM Italy, Turkey, Malta, Portugal, Uk, Romania. The partner should look for 5 particpants and one leader.
This project is part of a cycle of Youth Exchanges about themes like Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle, it will be held in the Region of Lombardia.
The aim is to increase knowledge about food from different countries.
During the activities the youths will have the opportunity to learn from each other using food as an educational tool, breaking stereotypes relating to culinary traditions.
Participants will also learn about basic nutrition, cooking, and more...
We would like to develop, through all the activities, the passion for cooking in all the participants.
Prior to the project the national groups will be provided different preparation tasks:
- Preparing a menu to teach other participants for their International Night
- Creating a presentation of the traditional food of their country
- Creating a small sketch about eating and other environmental problems in their country (means to be decided by each group).
A participation fee will be asked from the participants in the exchange. The fee will be an average of 25 Euros per participant. For the “poorer” countries it will be 15 Euros and for the “richer” 35 Euros.
The project covers 100% of food and accommodation and 70% of the travel costs, and for those who need 100% of Visa costs
We'd really like you to be partners, because we know you are reliable and also because we know you would be able to contribute with the activities!
So if you want to be our Partner, please fill in the partner questionnaire, that you can find here:
