Eyes and Key for Cultural Heritage

We are looking for 4 volunteers to work in 2 hosting projects:
1 - Municipality of Molfetta
2 - Cooperativa CLAD

1. Municipality of Molfetta
The volunteers will be involved in activities taking part not only in the youth centre, but also in the other 4 sites of the municipality.
The work will be distributed over the week on several offices:
- at the Office of Active Employment Policies (UPAL) for the support of users in compiling curriculum vitae and for job search abroad;
- at the Environment Office as a support for project activities with schools, organization of environmental events and the activities of the Forum Agenda XXI and the "Healthy Cities" OMS project;
- at the IAT tourist information office;
- making pictures and video regarding the local cultural heritage and making comparison/connections with those in own countries
- Assisting and support the Europa office regarding other European projects
- participation and organization of social and leisure activities, supporting other organizations, immigrants, refugees and protection of the local heritage etc...

2 - Cooperativa CLAD
It is a no-profit organization, which carries out its first activities targeting drugs addicted families trought "self-helping" groups, thanks to the support of a very active group of volunteers. The cooperative manages also the educational and health social care services and can undertake different activities addressed to the integration in the job market of people with fewer opportunities.
The volunteers will be involved in:
1) Music school
2) Project “Sinergie”
- Social and cultural activities for treatment and reabilitation of youngsters and adults: theater labs
- Relational support activities: support the staff in counselling and being part of groups of "self-helps", training paths for the prevention of users from addictions.
3) Service of support, counseling and administrative advises for immigrants in order to complete the relevant bureaucratic papers;
4) Service of support and assistance for consumers in cooperation with the association "Progetto Icaro".
5) Project "Orizzonti": support the staff in the following laboratories:
- Path of Movement-Therapy and introduction to Sport
- Didactics lab
- Art and handcraft lab
- Laboratory "Love to Animals"
- ICT lab
- "Do-It-Yourself" laboratory
- Counseling on site
6) "Open Labs" project:
- Offering relation opportunities, hold and keep them among people;
- Promoting self-confidence;
- Education to the proper use of free time;
- Training to self-control: impulsive control, ability to communicate according rules; ability to delay gratification in relation to a future satisfaction; creation, respect and motivation of rules.

Therefore we would like to select colunteers with great passion for cultural heritage, very creative, open mind and able to work with photography and video making.
