Exchange of practices - How do we work with people from different cultures?

The objective of this meeting is to exchange and train between professionals from various European countries, on the theme of interculturality in the work of structures with refugees, to facilitate the work with this type of public.
All project participants in their respective countries are members of European professional and associative structures with working experience in contact with migrant populations.

During 6 days, 25 people will meet in the heart of Alsace-Lorraine, to create a network, exchange skills, share resources, help with conflict resolution. The format will be active, original and educational, with a sequence in 4 stages: Presentation structures, Common definition of interculturality, Tools presentation, Construction of common tools.

The language of the project will be French. The designed working methods can be used and disseminated by the participants in their respective countries, in order to exploit the content of the seminar directly in contact with the public, local inhabitants, organizations, communities, institutions, etc.
