"European Language Time Bank" (ELTB)

Trans-sectorial Strategic Partnerships between local/regional school authorities in the school education field. For each Country involved in the project, the partnership must include: one local or regional school authority (that will be involved in the Learning/Teaching/Training activities, in the dissemination, visibility and publicity phases and in the follow-up of the project), one school (that will be involved in the phases of selection, organisation, and dissemination and in all the project activities) and one organisation active in the field of education, training and youth or in the labour market (for the phases of selection, organisation and coordination, in the Learning/Teaching/Training activities, in the dissemination and follow-up phases).
