Mobility of Youth Workers
KA1, Erasmus+ Programme

Fora Copenhagen (Denmark) is looking for partner organisations in Programme Countries for a mobility of youth workers under the programme Erasmus+.

The project entails an 8-day training course to equip youth workers with tools and methods to help solidify the entrepreneurial spirit in young people as well as support them in reflecting on sustainable and circular business models.

The objectives of the project are the following:
- To provide youth workers with tools and methods to inspire and motivate young people towards becoming sustainable entrepreneurs;
- To enhance the knowledge of youth workers regarding the current demands of the market and the new strategies for sustainable growth;
- To raise awareness regarding the role of businesses in sustainable development;
- To enhance international cooperation;

The training will take place in Slettestrand, Denmark, as point of departure between 3 and 12 March 2022. The training dates may be changed depending on the venue and partners’ availability.

Participants Profile:
The participants involved in the project activity shall be youth leaders/youth workers, active members of the partner organisations, who can demonstrate a need to gain new methods and tools in encouraging entrepreneurship among young people and reflecting on sustainable and circular business models.

Each partner organisation shall send 3-4 participants to the activity, depending on their needs, reach to young people and size.

The submission deadline is May 6th, 15:00. Pre-selected organisations will be announced shortly after.
