Mobility of Sport Staff (Call 2026)
Fethiye District Governorship (Türkiye), together with local sport and educational stakeholders, is looking for European partner organisations for an Erasmus+ KA182-SPO project focused on grassroots sport, inclusion, wellbeing and international mobility of sport staff.
We are interested in building a small and motivated partnership for staff mobility activities related to:
inclusive grassroots sport
fencing and innovative sport approaches
disability sport and accessibility
wellbeing through sport
youth participation and healthy lifestyles
outdoor and community-based sport activities
sport for social inclusion
Possible activities may include:
job shadowing
coaching and training activities
exchange of good practices
workshops and local sport visits
dissemination and networking events
We are especially interested in organisations working in:
grassroots sport
adaptive/disability sport
youth sport
inclusion through sport
outdoor sport and wellbeing
community engagement through physical activity
Potential hosting countries and themes may include:
Italy → job shadowing and wellbeing approaches in sport
Spain → inclusive fencing and sport participation models
Greece → disability sport and adaptive sport practices
Türkiye → dissemination and local networking event in Fethiye
