In a constantly changing world,gaining entrepreneurial skills is a vital part of being able to meet the challenges of the business and daily life.The dramatic changes in global economies over the last
decades are mostly the results of the rapid developments in technology.Our young people can see the impacts of them on education,the business world and their social life.Young people need
certain entrepreneurial skills such as flexibility,taking initiatives,assertiveness,self-awareness and many more in order to cope with the increasing pace and change of modern life.Many countries are trying to raise their entrepreneurship levels by producing innovative activities, competition, economic growth and job creation through policies and legal regulations. However, governments can also increase the level of entrepreneurship by affecting the type and quality of education. Recently, many national strategies have been developed in many European countries, such as specific strategies that improve entrepreneurship education, education reforms and lifelong learning, so that entrepreneurship education becomes a progressive structure. In this context, the importance of creating Looking at entrepreneurship and it indexed entrepreneurial spirit and culture of Turkey understood and local / national governments, politicians, seems to be a paradigm even more they stand on every day.When we take some of the routes taken by developed countries in entrepreneurship education due to legal regulations on this subject in Turkey, where it is seen that the corporate training and be encouraged.In some European countries, entrepreneurship education practices have been in existence for a long time. Compared to these countries in Turkey that begin this work now and still it can not be said to desired levels.
Our Project aiming at strengthening the capacity of our young people and youth leaders in developing the entrepreneurial potential of an individual will enable them to adopt a proactive approach in their
personal and professional life.Realising how important entrepreneurial skills are,youth learders should know how to support individuals in developing them.Youth leaders are expected to have a set of methods and tools to facilitate the development of these skills and need to be more competent in applying collaborative,innovative non-formal teaching techniques and methods.Increasing creativity and innovation at all levels of education and training,including entrepreneurship,is also one of the long-term goals of Education and Training 2020 of EU,which forms the strategic framework of cooperation in Europe.
