Objective of the project is to promote the effective use of technology via I.T techniques for youth workers to improve their proficiency in educational field.

The main objective of the project is to promote the effective use of technology via high digital I.T techniques for youth workers to make them improve their proficiency in educational field.
Participant youth workers are to attend trainings, digital story telling- photo act- photo voice.
The use of these new digital techniques will help youth workers to develop new training tools and materials in teaching to promote communicative skills, motivation and detecting problems when working with especially vulnerable groups who are disengaged or apsent from society for many reasons such as gender/racial/economic discrimination. Instead of classical teaching methods such as interviews, therapies and workshops, these new techniques will support not only motivational, behavioral, emotional and cognitive promotion but also professional and artistic skills. By means of these trainings, individuals who have little or no opportunity will find a chance to articulate themselves in social platforms and make their voice heard.
During the project, each training courses and workshops will continue for a week in the participant countries and youth workers will actively take place in each activity and share their opinions in discussion groups.
Outputs: Training vidoes, and training booklets will be published.
Final conference will take place in the coordinator’s country, Turkey.
