Educando com musica e dança

Italia Migrante” Musical Company.
It’s a company whose aim is spreading worldwide a specific artistic/musical program: the meeting between italian culture and other countries’ ones.
We are looking for partners in a project to be realized in Brazil, the project is entitled: Educando com música e dança.
It’s a project we’ve planned to realize in Salvador de Bahia from the 14th of january to the 22nd of the same month 2014. The project involves local population “from the bottom”: main project beneficiaries are, infact, the children living in the favelas of Salvador and their families. Children have been involved both as students in musical and dance workshops, both as real protagonists of the final concert that will end the whole event.
We have presented the project to the Culture Promotion Sector of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to demand for a sponsorship. After having been received by the officials in charge and after having received countless appreciations for project quality and for the important and laudable cause that we support, as well as special mentions for the excellent preparation of the draft.
The same Ministry representatives have suggested us, in order to get more chances for the project to be selected for funding, to search for eventual co-funders, either in Brazil or in Italy, willing to support our initiative and the message we’d like to launch.
If your institution/association/activitie considers our project interesting, and is willing/has the possibility to support the strengthening of a connection between Italy and Brazil through our initiative, for us of Italia Migrante it’d be a honour and a great pleasure.
