E+ Sports: Small Collaborative Partnership // Hayde D.A. (dance all)

USB is looking for partners from the Balkans, working in the fields of inclusion, inclusion through sports, promotion of healthy lifestyle and folklore dances.

Project description
The mental and physical balance of people has been promoted by many bodies around the world. Through this holistic approach, a sustainable development for all sectors can be achieved, as well as an increase in the quality of life of citizens. We see this, too, both within the European Union, which has set itself the goal of enhancing the quality of life of its citizens, and Unesco, which is among the 17 goals of sustainable development for people's physical and mental health and well-being. Through this project, USB aims to promote the use of traditional dances as a remarkable form of physical exercise, while recognizing their importance as a tool of non-formal intercultural dialogue tool as well as a tool for accepting the different.

Activities
Partners organization will aim to elaborate together to highlight the use of traditional dances as a physical exercise and tool of intercultural dialogue and acceptance as well as reinforce the interest of people to take part to traditional dances classes. The project will last 24 months and will include:
- Research of common dances in between the countries and creation of tutorials of how to dance
- Realization of 15 local workshops and 3 virtual exchanges
- three international meetings.

Aims
->To highlight the importance of traditional dances as a tool of physical exercise as well as a tool of intercultural dialogue and integration
->To reinforce the participation of people in traditional dances groups
->To build a network of bodies that is interest on working on the promotion of the aims of the project in order to activate the citizens in more healthy life style

Objectives
• To discover the common cultural elements in between partner countries
• To reinforce the interest of the citizens to take part to traditional dances groups and improving their physical and mental health
• To promote the traditional dances as a tool of intercultural dialogue, acceptance and equal access.
• To facilitate the integration of different in the process of dancing by provide an open and safe space where everyone can freely participate and develop their social, civic, soft skills in the field of sport, by supporting the education in and through traditional dances, including also people from vulnerable groups
• To foster synergy with, and between, local, regional, national and international policies to address the importance of use the traditional dances as a method for physical and mental balance
• To create a strong network among the partners and the relevant stakeholders that are going to join the project, by implementing local activities related to traditional dances.
• Promote and include voluntary activities in and through sport, with the motivation of the young people to participate in traditional dances activities, including also participants with fewer opportunities.
