> Please reply to madalina.condrea@geyc.ro before September, 24th with only one e-mail with the following:
- PIF adapted with relevant experiences for this project;
Mandate filled and signed (template attached) - please make sure that the legal representative from the PIF is the one signing the mandate, it has 2 pages, it is sent back in .pdf format and your signature does not have a background (our NA is very careful with these details);
- answer the following questions (essential in order to draft the project according to your real needs) in the body of the e-mail:
1. what is your main target group?
2. what needs have you identified within your team of youth workers related to supporting young people to combat online hate speech?
3. what communication channels do you have & you plan to use for the project dissemination?
4. tell us 3 things you would like to improve regarding your organizational policy towards hate speech online;
5. from 0% to 100%, how much of the activities of your organisation are happening online?
6. exceptional costs: do you need visa costs or costs related to getting a visa to be included in the budget?
7. how many participants would you prefer to have? (min 1, max 3)

Good to know:
-Our NA requires original mandates. In case the project will be approved, be ready to send it by post mail within 3 days;
- The travel reimbursement will be done within 5 working days since all the justifying documents have been provided + 1 dissemination activity report is sent. The reimbursement is done to the partner bank account only. Romanian NA allows no exception;
- each partner will be able to nominate 1-3 participants. However, they need to belong to the target group (youth workers, youth leaders), otherwise we might not be able to cover none of their costs. Romanian NA is extremely strict about this;
- as this project includes a networking and future projects development activity, please make sure you are able to nominate participants that can represent your organisation for this purpose;
