Healthy lifestyle is a concern for people over 35. So the question raised by this project is how can young people become more preoccupied about their lifestyle?

People nowadays are exposed to numerous factors that have negative effects on our bodies and minds. Therefore, interest for healthy life style methods is constantly growing. Healthy lifestyle is generally a concern for people over 35. So the question raised by this project is how can young people become more preoccupied about their lifestyle?

The project will bring together 35 young people from 5 different countries, all of them being either young people interested in nutrition, sports, mind and body balance or young people that are victims of an unhealthy lifestyle.

Through this project we aim at (objectives):

1. To raise awareness concerning the need of a healthy among young participants – through meetings with specialists from the fields of nutrition, alternative workout, meditation techniques, personal development etc.
2. To train young people is using lifestyle techniques that can support a healthy life- healthy cooking experiences, meditation sessions, sports sessions
3. To create a healthy lifestyle weekly programme for young people- including food, workout, personal development, etc.
