“Diversity not Complexity” is a Training Course for youth workers and leaders that will take place in Pécs/Hungary, on 7-14th of April 2017.

The aim of the project is to bring together youth workers from different European countries to get a deeper knowledge on migrants' situation in Europe and to create a tool-box of non-formal methods used in work with youngsters from different cultural background helping them to be involved into their society.
Objectives:
- get a deeper knowledge on migrants' situation in participating countries;
- to raise awareness in terms of the cultural bias, historical backgrounds, stereotypes;
- to form a tool-box of non-formal methods used in work with youngsters from different cultural background helping them to be involved into society;
- to form a tool-box of non-formal methods used in work with youngsters in order to promote tolerance and human rights and prevent radicalism between young people;
- to improve competences of youth workers;
- to get to know participants' experiences in this topic and let them share these experiences with each other;
- networking and cooperation of participating organizations for future projects;
- to promote the Erasmus+ Programme.
