Discrimen

The project address the problem of the high number of discriminated young people among the ethnic, immigrant, sexual, religious and disability-based minorities.

Project objectives
1. Equipping 29 participants from 9 partner organizations specific tools and with
proper knowledge regarding discrimination, during 9 days of the mobility, which will be used to implement 9 local campaigns and in their daily process of fighting discrimination;

2. Increasing the self-esteem, knowledge and experience of at least 80 local discriminated youth from each local community, empowering them to overcome their disadvantaged status by participating in the 9 local campaigns organized by the 9 partner organizations;

3. Increasing the common knowledge of 9 partner organizations and 29 participants about the European and national laws meant to prevent and overcome
discrimination, by non-formal activities based on the working principle of the EU, during the 9 days of the mobility;

4. Developing at least 3 Erasmus+ mobility projects between the 9 partner organizations as follow-ups of Discrimen, and thus promoting Erasmus+ as a
tool for creating projects addressing the problem of discrimination, by using the online communication HUB for the whole life-cycle of the project and beyond.
