Digital Green Future

Objectives: Climate change has become vital issue for last decades. Devastating damage of environment threatens future of young population. This concern causes eco-anxiety among youth. In the project we aim at focusing the youth’s attention on climate change with a digital game since games are in general powerful tools for creating positive emotions, enhancing cognition, and stimulating behaviour.
Implementation: The digital to be developed game will consist of 3 different stages. In the first phase digital contents and graphical design will be created. The second phase is related to coding of the game and the music will be embed in. In the last phase testing processes, in case of any bugs, will be completed and Android and IOS installations of the game will be completed.
Results:This project targets to contribute both digital and green transition in the youth. There are two outcomes which fulfill this goal. The scenario will be the first outcome which conceptualize the framework for the game. The other one will be an online game.. We hope to bring climate change communication to a new level by harnessing the individuals' abilities and interests through well designed technological affordances.
