Coropportunity seeks to show that even during the time of coronavirus pandemic there are opportunities in the market which can be exploited. The ones who manage to do that are entrepreneurs. One of core entrepreneurship competences is adaptability - it's ability to adapt and act in new unexpected situations, identify opportunities and use them. Project will seek to equip youngsters with entrepreneurship competences in order to empower them to initiate, act and efficiently work in circumstances of global coronavirus pandemic or any other. It's perfect chance for entrepreneurship spirit and innovative thinking to be born. If youngsters will learn to act in situation like this - they will be able to act and work in any lifetime situation.

Objectives:
1. To analyse and discuss economic and social impact of coronavirus pandemic between 35 participants and their local communities by the end of the project.
2. To equip 35 participants with entrepreneurship competences by the end of the project.
3. To inform participants and local society members about labour market opportunities by the end of the project.

Each partner will select 7 participants (6 youngsters plus 1 group leader) aged 18 – 26 years (no age limit for group leader). At least 2 young participants will be facing fewer opportunities (economic, social, geographical obstacles or other).

Exchange will be prepared, implemented, disseminated and the programme of exchange will be facilitated together with young participants, so please keep in mind that full involvement of participants will be expected.

Approx. dates of the project: February, 2021.
Project will take place in Kaunas, Lithuania
