Coaching Young Entrepreneurs in creation of intercultural start-ups

Association for Creative Learning through play, from Zagreb is looking for partners interested in being part of the Training Course Coaching Young Entrepreneurs in the creation of intercultural start-ups, taking part in Zagreb in October 2017 (10th – 20th of October).
It will bring together youth workers and in particular project and team leaders, youth advisers and supervisors of Erasmus Plus Program or similar projects from different youth organisations active in the EU.

The project aims at providing structured non-formal educational training events for youth workers where they will have the chance to improve their coaching and counselling skills and discover some basic coaching tools. This will provide the necessary ground for helping these professionals train and coach young entrepreneurs developing their personal leadership and taking their first steps in starting
a business.
Our objectives are:
• to provide non-formal training to youth workers in order to enhance their capacities and skills
to be able to motivate youth in taking the initiative of starting its own business and making a positive transition to the work field
• To increase awareness among youth workers about the importance of local cultural resources
and possibilities for its intercultural exchange through business models
• To use video as a tool for disseminating their results and raise the visibility of their
organisations in order to increase their impact
• To provide youth workers with knowledge on how to create small businesses, to promote
them via video/film efficiently and to use media channels effectively in order to promote it
and reach their target group
• To strengthen participants’ knowledge of the Erasmus + Programme and to provide them with
the context to develop new project ideas.
The target group of this TC are youth workers, the staff of youth NGOs, Universities, Culture and art organisation e.t.c.
