clean nature, clean water=quality fish

To raise awareness about raising quality fish with the slogan of clean nature, clean water = quality fish.

With the increasing population in the world, the rapidly increasing hunger limit also leads people to do a lot of work on balanced nutrition. In addition to being economical, the intake of nutrients that should contain important nutritional components such as protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals in a balanced ratio is increasing. Aquaculture is one of the most important nutrients in the situation. In this food group, fish takes the first place. Fish meat is an important food in terms of containing nutritious substances such as vitamins and minerals and some nutrients that affect growth, with a high nutritional value and especially protein value. In many countries of the world, aquaculture has a very important place in the food chain. In some regions, it is the main food. Nowadays, marine and freshwater aquaculture has become an important potential in order to meet the increasing need for animal protein with high nutritional value. However, it has been noted that the diversity of species in fisheries has been decreasing year by year due to the shrinking and deteriorating hunting grounds in the world and in Turkey, increasing water pollution and excessive hunting. This situation threatens the economy, nature and ecological balance. For this reason, a more efficient use of water has been made, and studies on the cultivation of different fisheries and especially fish species have been concentrated. Our main goal is to create awareness of nature, environment and water by contributing to the spread of aquaculture, which can offer people with high quality products with nutritional value, in our country and in the world. In order to provide products close to the natural environment, water quality, oxygen quality and being alone with the natural environment is very important in fish farming activities in cages and ponds. For this reason, the water quality of the environments where the aquaculture activities will be carried out should be determined in advance, the air should be clean and the facility should be in a natural and clean environment. When we look at the world scale, it can be said that our country is lucky in terms of water resources like other countries that are caring. In this context, aquaculture is a basic industry that meets a significant part of the nutritional requirement both in our country and in the world. Aquaculture meets approximately 30% of the world fisheries production. This rate is growing day by day, increasing by more than 10% per year on average in the world. With a growth rate of over 11, it has become the fastest growing and developing sector among food products. Aquaculture in Ağın district of Elazig, which is located in the Eastern Anatolia region in Turkey, is an important facility that contributes to the economy of the region. The water quality of this facility, the fact that it is located in a region with oxygen abundant and clean environment intertwined with nature, It contributes to the economy of this district with an increase of 10% in the fish exports made abroad compared to the previous year. In this context, our goal as Every person is a world youth group, by organizing training programs that will contribute to the development and dissemination of fish farming in our aquaculture workshops in our project, to raise awareness in protecting nature, environment and water, and quality fish with the slogan of clean nature, clean water = quality fish. Aquaculture, which can offer people with high quality products with high nutritional value by instilling the awareness of raising, enables it to spread rapidly in our country and in the world, providing opportunities for the formation of new ideas and contributing to intercultural dialogue and common learning methods. Therefore, in this project, we can benefit from this connection with young people in the European Union in training, consultancy and resource sharing. In this way, we can use different methods and government policies in mutual interaction with different resources, innovative techniques and methods related to aquaculture and organize seminars and conferences focused on the problems related to the aftermath.
