Against Bulling and Cyberbulling: fight the aggressive behavior and violence at school; prevent negative effects, enhancing positive uses of ICT technologies
“There is evidence based on a large number of studies that aggressive behavior and violence are severe problems at school having various negative effects for all students involved.
An estimated 200 million children and youth around the world are being frequently abused by their peers. Many prevention and intervention activities have been taken to cope with this problem.
However, it turns out that for sustainable prevention an intensive cooperation is needed between school staff, teachers, students, parents, experts in this problem. The project aims to bring together: school's staff, teachers, parents and students in a training course and in a educational process, about a range of problems connected with the bulling and cyberbullying.
The goal of this project is to work in the field of bullying and the cyberbullying's prevention and try to find effective and satisfactory solutions.
About the Cyberbullying: we believe coping the negative use, and enhancing positive uses of new technologies in relationships in educational setting, with the strategy on violence prevention in the public school system.
In this way we believe that we can fight causes and reduce disadvantages that are the main issues for early school leaving, bad performances at school, bad social relationship, frustrating situation that can compromise the growth of young people and the social progress.
We know that if we fight successfully these problems we help to develop the whole school education systems.
