Assertive communication in youth worker activity
Objectives:
1. Improving skills of participants (youth workers) by learning new communication techniques and non formal methods in working with disadvantaged young people;
2. Strengthening the organizational capacity of partners by increasing the expertise of persons involved in the project from each partner in project management, international cooperation, integration of disadvantaged young people and broadening its field

Activities
A workshop on assertive communication in working with young people, especially those from disadvantaged groups will take place in Baia Mare, Romania.
Duration: 12 days
Each day will take place training activities.
Besides these every day will take place various activities with disadvantaged children and youngsters from Roma communities, day care centers, foster homes, homeless, refugees.

Participants: 3 youth workers from each partner country
