All Hands On Board

The main themes of our multinational seminar named “All hands on board”, hosted and coordinated within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, are the stimulation of civil awareness among young people, supporting the process of shaping the responsible civil society and inspiration of youth to partake in the social life in both local and European dimensions. The expertise derived from this seminar will enable the respective leaders and youth work specialist to utilize it as leverage for raising the level of civil engagement among young people in the community. During our daily working sessions we will rely on the methods of non–formal education: workshops, presentations, meetings, open space, brainstorming etc. This initiative is also expected to yield the scientific and educational materials for attendants and external beneficiaries. We wish to perpetuate the effects of this seminar onto the greater forum of recipients within the environment and the reach of our radar. Therefore the long term advantages and results of this activity will lead to higher mobilization in active citizenship of young people, enhancement of knowledge about principles of democracy, propagation of leadership roles and taking a milestone in building an exemplary future civil society. The seminar will be scheduled tentatively for September 2020 and held in Krakow metropolitan area. Selected participants from 10 countries can count on the attendance of invited experts to enjoy the high merits of this project event.

Attendants: 30 people hailing from 10 countries (with a small panel of experts to feature)
Range of age: 20 years and above
Prerequisites: youth workers interested in obtaining more expertise in the domains of this seminar

This project will be bankrolled from the budget of Erasmus + Programme, hence we do not expect monetary contributions from the attending delegates. The hosting organization will therefore finance the lodging and meals along with the reimbursement of travel expenses per guidelines indicated in Erasmus+ Programme.
