Adult Education - Creative development of working skills in people with disabilities during the COVID process

This Project addresses the creative handling of the employment process for people with disabilities, the group most affected by the COVID process.

The labor market has been severely damaged in the COVID process. However, this damage is felt more in disabled individuals and causes them to be isolated from the workforce. With this project, it is aimed to be included in the workforce with self-confidence using digital items from home for the disabled. The project will cover a working period of 2 years and it contains many innovative elements in this process.

These; The online content creation platform (artistic) to be established for the disabled will include a website where they can market the produced products and a guide book that will shed light on them while doing these.

Besides, the project will include a sustainability conference.
